What is a Wedding Content Creator?

To make it simple, a wedding content creator is someone who records your entire wedding day on a phone. That’s right, a phone! The idea is to capture more natural, less curated footage of your big day. You’ll wake up with all the cute moments, from getting ready and first looks to the ceremony and after-party, right on your phone. WCC is also known for its quick turnaround, with raw content delivered within 24 hours and edited reels for social media in 48. This way, you can relive every special moment, including all the real, behind-the-scenes magic that might not make it into a professional video.

Why should I hire a Wedding Content Creator?

While wedding content creators are a relatively new service, I truly believe they’re about to revolutionize the wedding industry. Here are some key reasons why hiring a WCC is a game-changer:

  • Fast Delivery: Get your raw content within 24 hours and edited reels in 48, so you can relive your special day almost instantly.

  • Curated for Gallery and Social Media: All content is optimized for easy sharing on social platforms, making it perfect for your feed.

  • Real-Time, Real Emotion: Watch back the genuine moments as they happened, capturing the true essence of your day.

  • Behind-the-Scenes Coverage: No moment is missed—from candid interactions to spontaneous fun, everything is captured.

  • Comprehensive Documentation: You’ll receive a complete collection of your wedding day, including moments that might not make it into traditional photography or videography.

  • Enhanced Guest Experience: Your guests can fully enjoy the event without the pressure of capturing every moment themselves.

Q&A

How fast will I receive my content?

All raw content, photos and videos, will be delivered within 24 hours after your wedding. Edited reels, such as the highlight video (short recap) and any transition or other reels, will be delivered within 48 hours, unless otherwise specified

How will I receive all of my content?

All files will be sent via Dropbox and/or Airdrop.

Do I still need a traditional photographer or videographer if I hire a wedding content creator?

A wedding content creator offers authentic, behind-the-scenes content but doesn't replace the work of professional photographers or videographers. It's recommended to hire both for complete coverage of your wedding day. However, if you are on a tighter budget, a WCC can be a great alternative to hiring a videographer.

Will you get in the way of my photographer/videographer?

Absolutely not! Wedding content creators work alongside photographers and videographers without interfering. Our role is to capture candid, behind-the-scenes moments that complement the polished, high-quality work of your traditional vendors. We respect their space and coordinate to ensure everyone can do their job seamlessly.

How does a wedding content creator differ from a traditional photographer or videographer?

Photographers and videographers focus on creating timeless, high-quality images and videos. A wedding content creator, on the other hand, uses a smartphone to capture spontaneous, behind-the-scenes moments in a more casual, real-time format. The content is specifically tailored for social media platforms like Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok.

How will you work with other vendors?

Collaboration is key. I communicate with your photographer, videographer, and other vendors to ensure I’m not disrupting their workflow. My goal is to enhance your wedding day by capturing the moments they might not focus on, such as your bridesmaids’ reactions or the setup process, while staying out of their way.

Do I have to be an influencer?

Absolutely not! WCCs are there to capture everyone's reactions and emotions, allowing you to relive those memories. While WCCs create short-form content tailored for social platforms, you are under no obligation to post anything.

What type of content do wedding content creators produce?

Wedding content creators produce short-form videos and photos designed for social media. This includes behind-the-scenes footage, candid moments, reactions, setup shots, and trendy content perfect for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. The goal is to provide a more personal and immediate view of your special day
